Minimum Callout.

  • A minimum booking of 2 hours is required for all cleaning services.

  • This ensures we can deliver a thorough and efficient service tailored to your needs.

Rates and Payment.

  • Hourly Rate: $70 per hour before any discounts for regular cleaning.

  • This does not include NDIS which is at the current NDIS rate.

  • Weekend Surcharge: A 15% surcharge applies for weekend bookings.

  • Discounts:

    • Available for regular bookings (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).

    • Apply from the second clean unless otherwise discussed.

  • Quotes:

    • All quotes are rough estimates based on the home’s size and condition.

    • The final charge will reflect the actual time required.

  • Charging Structure: All services are charged on a per-hour basis.

  • Payment Methods:

    • Cash

    • PayID to 0449924121

    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our BSB and account

    • Credit card payments via Square (payment link available)

    • Tap and Pay (including Afterpay)

  • Payments must be made promptly after the service is completed.

Service Customisation.

  • We aim to tailor our cleaning services to your specific needs.

  • Special Requests: Let us know any priorities or special tasks beforehand.

  • Budget or Time Constraints: You can specify a maximum number of hours, and we will prioritise tasks accordingly.

Access to Property.

  • Timely Access: Ensure instant access to your property at the agreed time.

  • Overtime:

    • If additional time is required, we will consult with you.

    • Availability for extra time may depend on other appointments.

  • Penalties:

    • A $100 penalty applies if we cannot gain access or contact you within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

Client Responsibilities.

  • Property Access: Provide access to all areas requiring cleaning (e.g., keys, security codes).

  • Safety: Ensure the property is free of hazards or dangerous conditions for our staff.

Fully Insured and Screened Staff.

  • PHD Cleaning is fully insured, offering peace of mind while we work in your home.

  • All cleaners have undergone thorough police checks to ensure a safe and trustworthy service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling.

  • We do not enforce a strict cancellation policy.

  • Courtesy Notice: Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.

Feedback and Dispute Resolution.

  • Feedback: We welcome your feedback to improve our services.

  • Complaints:

    • Address complaints promptly via Instagram or email at support@phdcleaning.com.au.

    • Valid complaints will be rectified at no additional cost.

  • Dispute Resolution: Both parties agree to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration before legal action.

Liability.

  • PHD Cleaning takes precautions to protect your property and belongings.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage.

    • Issues caused by unsafe conditions or hazards in the home.

Amendments.

  • Terms and conditions may be updated periodically.

  • Clients will be notified of significant changes.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
