PHD Cleaning Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to PHD Cleaning, your trusted partner in eco-friendly cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties.
2. Minimum Callout
A minimum booking of 2 hours is required for all cleaning services. This ensures that we can deliver a thorough and efficient service tailored to your needs.
3. Rates and Payment
Hourly Rate: Our standard rate is $60 per hour.
Discounts: Discounts are available for regular bookings (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) with no contract or commitment required. These discounts apply from the second clean unless otherwise discussed with the client.
Charging Structure: All services are charged on a per-hour basis. There are no hidden fees or extra charges unless additional time or services are agreed upon during the appointment.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:
Cash
PayID to 0449924121
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our BSB and account
Credit card payments via Square (payment link available)
Tap and Pay (including Afterpay)
All payments should be made promptly following the completion of services.
4. Service Customization
We strive to tailor our cleaning services to meet your specific requirements. Please inform us of any special requests or priorities, and we will do our best to accommodate them within the allocated time. If you have budget or time constraints, you can specify a maximum number of hours, and we will prioritize tasks accordingly.
5. Access to Property
Timely Access: It is important that we have instant access to your property at the agreed-upon time to ensure we can complete the service as scheduled.
Overtime: If additional time is required to complete the cleaning beyond the agreed hours, we will consult with you first. However, please be aware that our availability may be limited due to other appointments.
Penalties: If we arrive at the property at the scheduled time and are unable to gain access or contact you within 15 minutes, a $100 penalty will be charged.
6. Client Responsibilities
Property Access: Clients must provide access to all areas that require cleaning, including keys, security codes, and any other necessary instructions.
Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is safe for our staff to work in, with no hazards or dangerous conditions present.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
At this time, we do not enforce a strict cancellation policy. However, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage our schedule efficiently.
8. Feedback and Dispute Resolution
Feedback: We value your feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts on our services.
Complaints: Any complaints should be addressed promptly by messaging us on Instagram or emailing us at support@phdcleaning.com.au. If your complaint is valid, we will work to rectify the issue at no extra cost as soon as possible.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
9. Liability
PHD Cleaning takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your property and belongings during our service. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that may arise due to unsafe conditions or hazards in the home.
10. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
